As a facilitator I help professionals and teams in trainings and workshops to develop the right mindset and skills to innovate. I use various tools and techniques from design thinking and creative thinking. Participants develop the top 3 skills that the World Economic Forum considers to be the most important for the near future to be successful as an employee: complex problem solving, critical thinking and creativity.

Since 2013 I help participants in training courses to develop their creative skills in order to achieve successful innovations faster and better. Once started as a creative designer in the advertising industry, I developed into a strategist and concept developer at various agencies. Creativity - the basis for innovation - has always been a big part of my daily work.
